RSPP Virtual Issue | Women's Space in the Women's Day

Women's Space in the Women's Day

8 March 2021

There is no argument against human rights and, whenever there is a constraint that limits them, the due gesture is to overcome it. Regarding RSPP the result is fantastic. We created an editorial team with men but when this bias was rightly denounced, we doubled the team to have a balanced editorial working group with remarkable outcomes not only in the mobilization of papers, revisions and editions but also in the effective contribution in advice and discernment. The presence is there since the beginning of RSPP and it is more evident when in nine awarded papers there are five authored by women; the ones that we now compile in a Virtual RSPP Issue to celebrate the Women’s day. Next year we will find other criteria to select a virtual issue for the women's day. (Papers that focus women’s conditions, Papers authored by women coming from developing countries…). There are always good reasons and good contents to celebrate the dates that recall rights to be remember and faults to be redeemed.
