The Scientific Program Committee takes responsibility for the quality of the scientific program of the Congress. All special sessions, panels and round table proposals and submitted abstracts will be handled by the SPC. The SPC sends all submissions to the Scientific Committee to be evaluated. Based on Scientific Committee members’ assessments, the SPC makes final decisions on which special sessions, panels, round table discussions, papers and posters are accepted, informs those who submitted a proposal/abstract, and decides on the contents of the final program.
