The reduced rates are applicable for :
1. PhDs who have not reached the age of 33 years on April 20, 2016 and candidates to the RSAI Young Researchers Prize (Papers PY type).
2. Participants from lower income countries: Africa and Latin America countries, Albania, Asian countries (excluding Bahrain, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan and United Arab Emirates), Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and Russia.
*** Accompanying Person Rate
The Accompanying Person(s) Rate is intended for those persons who want to accompany a participant to the congress. It is a unique rate applicable ONLY during the entire registration period. The accompanying persons will NOT be allowed to attend the scientific programme (sessions, round tables, etc...). But they are welcome to attend the Opening Session and the Closing Session as well as ALL Social Events organised during the Congress.
The Congress Participant registration rate includes:
* Access to all Congress sessions
* Access to the Networking area (including coffee break area in the Exhibition and Poster zones)
* Access to the Smart Room (with computers and internet connection)
* WIFI Zone Areas during the Congress period
* Congress materials (incl. Congress book and list of participants) upon confirmation of your registration
* Lunches and Coffee breaks as indicated in the programme
* Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner
* An USB Key for gathering all Congress Presentations, permitted by the presenting authors
The Accompanying Person’s registration rate includes:
* Access to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Congress
* Access to the Networking area (including Exhibition and Poster zone)
* Lunches and Coffee breaks as indicated in the programme

How to Register
IF YOU ALREADY SUBMITTED AN ABSTRACT YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN THE CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS).
REGISTRATION IS IN THE SAME SYSTEM AS THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION.
IF NOT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1) Go to the CMS link and click on “New user?”
2) Fill in the form with your personal information
3) Once you are done, press “Submit” and your account will be created.
Please note: All information requested in the form is mandatory, except for “Title”, “Middle Names”, “Telephone” and “Fax”. Do not forget to give your consent to information processing and storage, and to validate the form by entering the text that appears on the image.
Please note that having a user account does NOT mean you are automatically registered in the Conference. The CMS has a link for that purpose.
To register into the conference you should:
1) Log in to your account on the CMS
2) On the “User Options” menu choose “User Registration”
3) On the Registration form, follow the instructions available and enter all the information required.
Refund Policy
For any cancellations received before March 18, 2016, RSAI will retain 60 Euros of your registration fee to cover credit card and related handling charges. For cancellations received between March 18, 2016 and April 10, 2016, 100 Euros of your registration fee will be retained. Refund requests should be submitted to the RSAI Secretariat at 2016worldcongress@regionalscience.org. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued after 5:00 p.m. GMT on April 10, 2016. If the organization cancel the congress due to advices from Local Organizing Committee we will refund 100% of the registration fee.
