It is a unique rate applicable ONLY during the entire registration period. The accompanying persons will NOT be allowed to attend the scientific programme (sessions, round tables, etc...). But they are welcome to attend the Opening Session and the Closing Session as well as ALL Social Events organised during the Congress.

IF YOU ALREADY SUBMITTED AN ABSTRACT YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN THE CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS).
REGISTRATION IS IN THE SAME SYSTEM AS THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION.
IF NOT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1) Go to the CMS link and click on “New user?”
2) Fill in the form with your personal information
3) Once you are done, press “Submit” and your account will be created.
Please note: All information requested in the form is mandatory, except for “Title”, “Middle Names”, “Telephone” and “Fax”. Do not forget to give your consent to information processing and storage, and to validate the form by entering the text that appears on the image.
Please note that having a user account does NOT mean you are automatically registered in the Conference. The CMS has a link for that purpose.
To register into the conference you should:

3) On the Registration form, follow the instructions available and enter all the information required.
Refund Policy
For any cancellations received before April 27, RSAI will retain 60 Euros of your registration fee to cover credit card and related handling charges. For cancellations received between April 27 and May 15, 100 Euros of your registration fee will be retained. Refund requests should be submitted to the RSAI Secretariat at 2018worldcongress@regionalscience.org. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued after 5:00 p.m. GMT on May 15. If the organization cancel the congress due to advices from Local Organizing Committee we will refund 80% of the registration fee.
