Instructions on how to apply your discount for the recommended hotels

When using the site of the hotel for booking, please apply your promotional code „RSAI2024” at the dedicated space for promo codes, and you’ll get the discounted price quote. For the discount you’ll need to provide a 50% deposit. To pay the deposit by card, please use the line „message to accommodation” on the next booking page, below your personal data form, and write the message „deposit by bank card”. (Leave the tick box on transfer). Submit your booking. Within a few working days you’ll receive a secure link from the hotel to fulfill the deposit payment.

Our recommended room price for RSAI Participants: renovated 2-bed room with balcony, air-conditioning: HUF 14,000/person/night / buffet breakfast included (~36 EUR). Standard, air-conditioned 2-bed room: HUF 12,000 / person / night (~30 EUR). Balcony suite with 4 beds: HUF 14,000 / person / night. The price includes buffet breakfast, wireless internet connection in the entire hotel area, as well as legal taxes. We can provide a limited number of closed parking spaces for private cars in the inner courtyard of the hotel free of charge. Our buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied with unlimited consumption. Cold and hot dishes, egg dishes (ham scrambled eggs, fried eggs, ham&eggs), cold meats, salami, cheeses, jams, pastries, yogurts, muesli, juices, coffee. There is a Billiards club in the building, which is available to guests from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. For evening relaxation, they have the opportunity to play billiards and darts.
