Research Associate: Reducing Cycling Injuries while Cycling Grows

We are looking for full-timetime Research Associate to join us in January 2019 to work on a new Road Safety Trust-funded project which will conduct ground-breaking analysis of cycling injury risk across the UK. The project will use police injury data and algorithmic prediction to model routes followed by cyclists prior to injury. The modelled routes will be used to generate ‘control’ sites that will be compared to injury sites, to establish which types of route environment have higher or lower injury risks. This will entail collating, collecting, generating, and analysing a range of spatial datasets.
