Call for papers for RSPP Special Issue on New trends and Dynamics on Territorial Management and Governance

Call for papers for RSPP Special Issue “New trends and Dynamics on Territorial Management and Governance”

Dear Colleagues,

Based on the fresh and new trends, emerging issues and future challenges regarding territorial governance, public management and their inherent paths to achieve a sustainable development, the International Congress on Sustainable Development, Public Management and Territorial Governance that will take place at WSB University in Dabrowa Gornicza, between 28 and 31 May 2019 – will be associated to the journal Regional Science Policy and Practice, creating a challenge to publish a special issue on the journal (Regional Science Policy & Practice - RSPP).

This special issue is dedicated for the analyse and assessment of the ongoing dynamics and patterns in different territories regarding sustainability and the related issues that may have an influence over it. Therefore, the recent territorial policies and strategies as well as cross-border cooperation and the migratory fluxes are some of the examples that this special issue aims to address – mainly from the perspective of management and territorial governance.

Contextually, the best works will be invited to publish in the Special Issue. Thus, during the event abstracts submission, the authors will be notified to send their full texts until the 24th of May 2019 to the editors of this special issue: Rui Alexandre Castanho, Joanna Kurowska-Pysz and Katarzyna Szczepańska-Woszczyna, represented by Rui Alexandre Castanho (This email address is being protected from spambots. The papers will be selected until 2019 and should be submitted to the regular review process of the journal until July 31 of 2019. With a regular review process, it is expected that the papers accepted will be published in the first Issue of 2020.
