Slovenská spoločnosť pre regionálnu vedu a politiku

 

Regional Science Society and politics as Slovak section of the European Regional Science Association brings together academics, practitioners, students and enthusiasts in the field of regional development. Its origin dates back to 1992, which was the predecessor Slovak and Czech section and RSA after the establishment of the independent Slovak Republic was the Slovak section of the RSA in 1994. In 1998, the Slovak section accepted as a member of the European Regional Science Association. Society for regional science and policy was registered as a civic association in 2000. Company as an independent, politically, socially, ethnically and financially independent scientific organization brings together some 90 Czech and Slovak scholars and practitioners from Slovakia and Czech Republic. Membership in the society is a combined membership of the Slovak Regional Science and Policy and Regional Science Association International.
