Special Sessions Proposals


Format of the Special Session Proposal
Proposals for special sessions should include:
  • The title of the special session
  • The name (s) of the organizer (s), with affiliation (s) and e-mail (s) (identifying the president)
  • The purpose and scope of the special session (100 words)
 
Deadline
Proposals for special sessions must be sent by 1 March 2021 to the Congress Secretariat at: rsai@apdr.pt 
 
Abstract Submission Process
Authors should submit their abstracts through online submission system by following the link
https://app.oxfordabstracts.com/stages/2427/submitter​​
 and selecting, on the submission form, the correspondent special session theme.

No delegate should submit more than 2 abstracts.
  
Deadline for submission of abstracts for special sessions: 15 March 2021
